Air Passenger Rights, a Canadian non-profit advocacy group, hired Exquison Marketing to create its digital news magazine and portal.

For the fast-growing advocacy group, the main communication channel to connect with its audience was its Facebook page, where community members could ask questions and, in turn, the organization could disseminate information related to air travel rights.

The organization hired Exquison Marketing to create its website with the aim that it would become the go-to portal for air passengers, lawyers and journalists seeking information, news commentary, and community support.

Since the launch, the new website has assisted the organization in cementing its mark as the top advocacy group for air passenger rights in Canada.

Fully bilingual website

The new site displays all information in English and French and provides the same smooth user experience in both languages.

News and press room

A clean and modern layout was developed for the organization’s news stream, showcasing its media appearances and the latest air passenger rights-related stories.

Intuitive, personalized navigation

The website’s content and navigation structure mirror the main questions and issues in which the website’s different visitor groups and primary personas are interested.

Multi-layer content structure

We created a carefully layered content structure to make the complex information effortless to follow and understand. The content layers include detailed explanations, FAQs and legal citations organized in easy-to-review accordions.
